All environmental areas are covered : transportation, water, air, energy waste, agriculture, construction… It needs to be significantly innovative, feasible, scalable and sustainable.

One or several project teams will be awarded a total amount of 100.000 Euros. The Jury will closely monitor the implementation of the rewarded innovation.

The prize is launched and financed by a group of well-known Corsican entrepreneurs. Civil society, especially entrepreneurs, cannot remain motionless in face of the urgency. We need to create a virtuous ecosystem of innovation in these areas. The prize is launched by entrepreneurs that want to make an impact. entrepreneurs that want to make an impact.

Not all all. The prize is global and open to projects from all over the World. Corsica is the place where the award ceremony will take place every year.

The jury will select a short list among all the projects submitted through www.prize.corsica. The shortlisted projects will be invited to pitch during sessions in several European cities. The main criteria will be the level of Innovation, the Impact for the environment and the planet, the clarifty of the roadmap, the sustainability and scalability of the solution innovation ; sustainable ; with a tangible impact ; and with a clear roadmap.

Corsica is for long now highly sensitive to environment issues and its image associated with sustainable development. We want this to remain, and ensure that the “beauty island” leads in the environmental technology field and becomes a lab for breakthrough and impactful innovations in this field.
